Embroidery

Was tidying up my computer the other day and found hidden away in a secret place, these lovely little embroidery pieces I did while at uni. The project was inspired by a trip to a parisian flea market, I found some more work from the same project which I really enjoyed, will post some more tomorrow.

Emily Rae Manning

I came across Emily's work at the Norwich School of Art degree show. I am a massive fan of lino prints any way, and I think these are just amazing, check out her blog,

Wish List

My blogs have been a bit irregular of late, due to my rubbish internet which likes to break most of the time, but I am back (hopefully). I went for a little browse round the shops yesterday with my mum, and fell in love with most of the the things at Whistles, here are a few of my favourites ( I really need the pleated skirt and Yellow and white shirt)

I know it's a bit early to be thinking bout coats, but I spied this one by Biba, that is going onto the wishlist,

t-shirt rug DIY

Found this tutorial on poppytalk, check it out here
Can't wait to get started on it, think it's a great idea for a present and to use up those old t-shirts.

William Morris Stamps

It's been quite a while since I've blogged due to my rubbish internet connection, so I thought I'd get couple in before it goes down again. So here are some lovely stamps that the royal mail have bought out from Morris & Co, they are bound to brighten up even the most boring envelope it's just a shame there isn't more of them.

evil robot design

I came across this in elle decoration today and thought it was such a brilliant, original design. Evil Robot design make these amazing lamps from old toys. If you've got loads of your old toys in the loft but don't have the heart to throw them away, commision a lamp to be made from them.
