Mark Hearld

I love, love, love the wok of Mark Hearld . He creates these beautiful lithograph prints of all sorts of animals, mostly countryside animals which remind me of home and walking in the fields. Apparently he is currently illustrating a children's book due some time at the end of the year, I can't wait for that and will definitely be purchasing a copy.

50's wallpaper

Sanderson's have just bought out a new collection of 50's inspired wallpapers that I love! especially mobile and wrappings, I think they are originally by Lucienne Day or at least inspired by her work. I love the colour ways to. I may have to get a few roles even though I don't have a house to decorate....

Came across these beautiful designs on the printpattern blog today. They are by Aino-Maija Metsola, and the bold red, blue, and yellow designs are for a new Marimekko store. I am loving anything Marimekko at the moment!
